PlumbConvert may provide SMS messaging features for business-related communications. These messages may include lead notifications, appointment notifications, account notifications, service-related communications, review requests, and other communications associated with the Services.

Message frequency varies depending on the Services used, account activity, and the type of communications requested or authorized.

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive messages from PlumbConvert or messages sent through PlumbConvert on behalf of the applicable business for the purposes described during the opt-in process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an applicable message. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you provide new consent.

PlumbConvert does not guarantee that a customer will submit a review, that a review will be published, or that a particular platform will accept or display a review.

Certain PlumbConvert Services require a paid subscription or other payment.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included Services, and other applicable charges will be presented to you before purchase or enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription charges are billed according to the billing period selected when you subscribe.

PlumbConvert provides software, marketing, communication, and related business services. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, customers, sales, reviews, advertising results, revenue, or other business outcomes.

Results may vary based on factors including market conditions, advertising budgets, competition, business operations, customer behavior, and other factors outside PlumbConvert's control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

PLUMBCONVERT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUMBCONVERT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUMBCONVERT'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PLUMBCONVERT FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
